The meeting noted the following personnel changes. Agree to the request of Hu Huahai, Li Guoyi and Li Hua to resign from the current position of the company.
Zhao Fugui was appointed as the director of the company's metalworking workshop (including Daikin), who comprehensively presided over the formulation, implementation and scheduling of the production plan of self-made parts of the company's metalworking section, personnel structure management, on-site safety management, department to department communication, equipment management and other management affairs of the metalworking section.
Liang Renqi was appointed as the person in charge of the equipment support department of the company, and also the person in charge of Daikin processing. He was fully responsible for the maintenance, repair, tooling and fixture development of the company's production equipment (not out of production); he assisted Zhao Fugui in the processing and production of Daikin.
Appoint Mr. Yang Baolin to be the director of the sheet metal workshop (including Daikin) of the company, and comprehensively preside over the production plan formulation, implementation and scheduling of the self-made parts of the sheet metal plate of the company (not out of production), personnel structure management of the sheet metal plate, on-site safety management, docking communication between departments, equipment management and other management affairs of the sheet metal plate.
The meeting emphasized that each workshop and department raised the existing problems and requirements, and discussed specific solutions.
In terms of production, we should follow the new drawings and the leader's plan to produce in order, and teach the following employees how to do it without rework. At the same time, it is necessary to understand what everyone will do and what they will not do, so as to better arrange the operators to complete, and to better complete the assigned objectives within the specified time.
In terms of quota, the quota should be accurate and the time should also be accurate. But also learn to be flexible, considering the level of proficiency and technical staff to adjust. The designation of quota must be proposed by the workshop director, and can only be entered into the account by statistics after being signed without error under the discussion organized by the chairman.
In terms of circulation cards and construction orders, they should be handed over to the warehouse in time after all the contents are filled in, so as to ensure their accuracy and timeliness.
In terms of purchasing, each workshop shall give a one-time record sheet, and do not make up frequently afterwards. We should pay attention to the quality of the purchased products. We should choose the products with good quality, especially the electronic products with brands. However, the procurement time should be compressed as much as possible, which is conducive to promoting the follow-up work.
It was pointed out that there were some objectives of work before the new year. First of all, all employees must pay attention to safety; secondly, products to be exhibited on February 1, 2020 and products to be urgently shipped before the year should be completed overtime; then, the missing parts should be supplemented, and key products should be well handled; finally, the holiday time of this year was notified.
